Kansas and Illinois on Board with HoopFX

Hoop Covers Now Offered for Eight Major Collegiate Teams

MENLO PARK, CA - HoopFX LLC is pleased to announce that it has received licensing approval from the University of Kansas and the University of Illinois, two perennial powerhouses in college basketball. HoopFX plans to add these schools to its lineup of officially licensed collegiate backboard covers in February, 2007.

The Kansas Jayhawks men's basketball team is currently ranked #8 in the country according to the AP Coaches Poll. Now in its 109th season, KU basketball boasts a staggering record of 35 NCAA Tournament appearances and 12 final fours.

The Illinois men's team finished 2006 ranked 13th in the country. In the program's 100 year history it has achieved 26 NCAA Tournament appearances and five trips to the final four.

With the addition of Kansas and Illinois, HoopFX will have three Top-20 teams in men's college basketball and three Top-20 teams in the women's game.
