LRG and HoopFX Sign Licensing Agreement

HoopFX Licensed Products Grows to 18 Major Schools

MENLO PARK, CA - HoopFX LLC is pleased to announce the signing of a licensing agreement with the Licensing Resource Group, Inc. (LRG), a leading provider of licensing management services to collegiate institutions. HoopFX will initially add three LRG institutions to its licensing program, North Carolina State University, Arizona State University, and University of Dayton.

The NC State Wolfpack, Dayton Flyers, and ASU Sun Devils all share a history of strong basketball programs. The NC State men's program has won two national championships. NC State women's basketball coach Kay Yow was recently honored at the 2007 ESPYs with the Jimmy V award. Dayton has earned 13 appearances in the NCAA tournament, including two regional finals and a run to the national championship game in 1967.

HoopFX plans to introduce new Backboard Cover designs featuring the logos of these three institutions in the third quarter of 2007. These products will be available directly at the HoopFX web site as well as through selected retailers.
